| The
restaurant La Terrazza Romana (The Roman Terrace) is situated
half way between Rome and the Castelli Romani on the Via
Francica. You can enjoy an aperitif on the beautiful 500
square metre terrace, with an unrivalled view of the Castelli
Romani, from 6.30pm, between May and October.
A museum of cinematic history in it's own
right, you can find on display one of the original dolphins
from Charlton Heston's "Ben Hur"; statues of Roman emperors
which were used in Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor's
"Cleopatra", Russell Crowe's "Gladiator", Robert Taylor and
Deborah Kerr's "Quo Vadis" amongst many others and the walls
are festooned with works by numerous Italian artists.
Definitely one not to be missed by lovers of Roman history and
culture!
To seek your own bit of
culture in the UK you'll need transport which means car
insurance: if you are looking for it for just a short while
you may need
temporary car insurance and if you are under 24 you'll
need
young drivers insurance.
